Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group offers in-house therapy within Skilled Nursing facilities across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana and Missouri. The position pays $60-$65 per hour with consistent hours and opportunities to impact patient recovery and quality of life.

Must have graduated from an accredited university and hold a valid (or in-process) license in the appropriate state. All experience levels are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients and families.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students and support personnel per licensure requirements.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
