Continuum Rehab Group in St. Louis, MO is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities. We offer a robust compensation package and opportunities for mentorship, growth, and specialty certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with licensure requirements and professional standards.

Experience/Qualifications:
