Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facilities in St. Louis, MO. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation and contribute to resident well-being.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
