Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group in Texas is seeking licensed therapists to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing facilities across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana and Missouri. We offer a competitive $55-$65 hourly rate and opportunities to develop rehab programs that enhance patient recovery and quality of life.

• Must have graduated from an accredited university and have a valid state license.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards

Experience/Qualifications:
