Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy within Skilled Nursing facilities across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana and Missouri. The role pays $65-$70 hourly with consistent hours and onsite clinic work.

We seek therapists who have graduated from an accredited university and hold a valid state license. The position is open to therapists at all experience levels and includes supervision of assistants and students as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
