Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana and Missouri. We are seeking therapists to join our clinically driven team offering $60-$65 hourly with consistent hours in Missouri.

The position welcomes therapists at all experience levels who are passionate about patient care, rehabilitation planning, and working closely with patients, families, and other professionals to optimize recovery and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited University with licensure in the appropriate state.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
