Continuum Rehab Group in Roswell, NM provides in-house therapy within Skilled Nursing facilities across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana and Missouri. We offer $65 hourly with consistent hours and a supportive, clinically driven team focused on patient recovery and quality of life.

Qualified candidates have graduated from an accredited university and hold a valid state license (or be in process). We welcome therapists at all experience levels and provide supervision to staff and students as

• Must have graduated from an accredited University.
• Must have a valid (or in process) License in appropriate state.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements.

Experience/Qualifications:

Must have graduated from an accredited University and have valid (or in process) License in appropriate state.

Some duties for this position include:

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
