Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group in Missouri is seeking licensed physical therapists to join our in-house therapy teams serving Skilled Nursing facilities across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana and Missouri. The role offers $65 hourly with consistent hours and opportunities to impact patient recovery and quality of life.

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited university and hold a valid state license. We welcome therapists at all experience levels and provide support for professional growth

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Delivers skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients and families and other providers.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and students in line with licensure requirements.

Experience/Qualifications:

Must have graduated from an accredited University and have valid (or in process) License in appropriate state.

Some duties for this position include:

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
