Charming Lakes Rehabilitation in Lakeland, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our caring team. The role focuses on improving residents’ mobility and quality of life through evidence-based therapy and individualized plans.

Formación

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license required.
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience; nursing home experience preferred.
• Experience with Rehab Optima and PointClickCare.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Provide interventions to improve gait, strength, coordination, endurance and mobility.
• Train residents in adaptive equipment and prosthetics as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to select optimal therapy approaches.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans regularly.
• Mentor rehabilitation staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
