Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise PTAs and rehab staff.
• Maintain compliant documentation and billing.
• Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary teams.
• Advance PT programs and services to improve outcomes.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and patient rights policies.
