Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to join our on-site rehabilitation team. The role focuses on providing compassionate, patient-centered care to senior residents and delivering functional treatments under medical orders.

Responsibilities include one-on-one therapy, mentorship, and hands-on experience with innovative therapies. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s of applied science degree in area of discipline.
• Current license in state of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rehabilitative services for residents as part of a coordinated on-site care team.
• Provide one-on-one therapy services with a holistic, patient-centered approach.
• Receive mentorship and hands-on experience using innovative therapies and technologies.
• Pursue clinical interests, advance career, and develop subject-matter expertise.
