Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Wisconsin is seeking a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under a licensed Physical Therapist, you will help implement individualized treatment plans and support patient progress across therapy sessions.

You will assist with patient evaluation, document responses to treatment, and communicate with the PT, Rehab Director, and staff to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Provide patient care under supervision by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist with developing and implementing individualized therapy plans.
• Contribute to treatment sessions and progress notes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient responses and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives quality treatment and aims for functional improvement.
• Help develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on patient needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.

As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
