Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Sauget, IL is seeking a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will help treat patients by following an individualized plan of care.

In this role, you’ll assist in developing and implementing therapy programs, support patients through all phases of treatment, and document patient progress. You will communicate with the supervising PT, Rehab Director, and facility staff to ensure quality

• Develop and implement treatment programs with the supervising physical therapist.
• Assist patients through all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record conditions and responses after each visit.
• Maintain continuous communication with the Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
