Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, you will assist in patient care and help implement individualized treatment plans developed by PTs.

You will contribute to improving functional outcomes, discuss treatments with patients, and maintain thorough documentation. Collaboration with the Director, Rehab staff, and facility teams will be essential to provide consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• PTA must provide patient care under supervision of a PT.
• Develop and implement treatment programs based on patient needs.
• Discuss treatment and record patient responses after each visit.
• Maintain communication with PT, rehab director and facility staff.

As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
