Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. You will work under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist in delivering patient-centered care and implementing individualized plans of care.

You will help treat patients across all phases of physical therapy, discuss progress with patients, and document responses to treatments in charts after each visit.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
