Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our multidisciplinary team. Working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will assist in treating patients by following individualized plans of care.

You will document patient conditions and responses after each visit and maintain open communication with the supervising PT, rehab director, and facility staff, while using standard physical therapy equipment to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Assist patients under the guidance of a physical therapist.
• Follow an individualized plan of care for each patient.
• Maintain patient charts documenting treatment responses.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
