Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Illinois is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will assist in implementing individualized plans of care and helping patients achieve functional outcomes.

You will participate in all phases of physical therapy, document patient responses, communicate with the PT, director, and facility staff, and operate standard PT equipment in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree as PTA and state licensure.
• Ability to work under supervision of a PT.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
