Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Wisconsin is seeking a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist and help treat patients according to an individualized plan of care.

You will develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs, assist with all phases of therapy, discuss progress with patients, and maintain charts.

Qualifications

• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
