Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Wisconsin is seeking a qualified physical therapist assistant to join our growing team. Working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will help treat patients by following an individualized plan of care.

You will assist in developing and implementing physical therapy programs, documenting patient responses, and communicating with therapists and staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
