Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation seeks a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Wisconsin-based team. Working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will help carry out individualized plans of care and support patients through all phases of therapy.

In this role, you’ll ensure quality treatments, collaborate with the PT and rehab leadership, and document patient progress while using standard therapy equipment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physical Therapy Assistant with relevant licensure or credentials.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• Assist in developing and implementing physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs, under PT supervision.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record conditions and responses to treatments after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
