Job summary

Oasis Therapy Services seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team in Green Bay, WI. You will develop and implement personalized therapy programs for seniors, addressing rehabilitation, pain management, and cognitive/speech therapy needs.

You will educate patients and caregivers, coordinate with other disciplines, and supervise PTAs per state standards, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to develop and implement individualized therapy programs.
• Ability to refer to other disciplines for comprehensive patient care.
• Must educate patients and caregivers in essential skills for independence.
• Supervise PTAs, provisional licensees, students and support personnel per licensure rules.

Position: PRN Physical Therapist

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce and enhance performance


• Identify need for and make referral to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of the patient


• Instruct, educate and train patients and caregivers in the skills and functions essential for promoting patient independence and productivity, in order to diminish or correct pathology


• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, provisional licensees, students and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
