Job summary

Cape Fox Shared Services is seeking Physical Fitness Coordinators (PRN) to lead on-site Physical Fitness Exams for USPIS. You will run pre-/post-briefs, enforce SOPs, and ensure secure documentation with a 48–72 hour turnaround for results.

Ideal candidates have a background in exercise science or related experience, plus a nationally recognized fitness credential (ACSM/NSCA/ACE) and strong attention to detail. Prior testing/coaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in exercise science or equivalent experience.
• Nationally recognized fitness credential (ACSM/NSCA/ACE).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-brief and post-brief; enforce SOPs, timing, counts, and safety.
• Supervise the Fitness Test Administrator and EMT; manage roles and lane separation.
• Verify venue readiness; confirm AED availability and EMS address.
• Oversee field data entry; ensure two-person validation of counts and times.
• Escalate incidents per protocol; complete same-day documentation.
• Release validated results package within 48-72 hours; maintain version control.
