Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related clinical field is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a psychiatric health care facility with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills.
• Must hold a state license as LMSW, LCSW, LPC Intern, LPC, LMFT-A or LMFT; staff encouraged to pursue LCSW licensure.
• CPR Certification and CPI training must be completed prior to direct patient care; flexible hours/overtime may be required.
