Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Preferred.
• Twelve months of phlebotomy experience, phlebotomy training or national certification as approved by manager/supervisor, Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect patient specimens for diagnostic testing.
• Perform venipuncture, capillary puncture, PIVO, and throat swab collections.
• Adhere to PPE and safety regulations in all settings.
• Communicate procedures and instructions empathetically to patients and families.
• Support training, QA, and process improvement initiatives.
