Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist - PRN to cover Patient Service Centers in and around Westminster, CO. 80031. The role involves venipuncture, specimen collection, data entry, and occasional travel to additional sites within Westminster and Northern Colorado.

Must have a high school diploma; phlebotomy certification and 2+ years of experience preferred. Flexible PRN schedule with weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program.
• 2+ years of Phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
