Regional One Health is seeking a Pharmacist to coordinate and oversee daily pharmacy operations at the Outpatient Procedure Center in Memphis, TN. This role includes supervising staff, ensuring efficient drug distribution, and upholding patient safety standards.

The position requires a PharmD/MS in Pharmacy, Tennessee licensure, and at least one year of experience as a Pharmacist. Night/weekend coverage may be required, with a commitment to quality care and compliance with HIPAA and hospital

Qualifications

• Requires degree in pharmacy with PharmD/MS and licensure in Tennessee.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Pharmacist is required.
• Current Tennessee pharmacist licensure upon hire is required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily department activities to enable efficient pharmacy operations and maintain patient care objectives.
• Assign duties and supervise staff to ensure adequate service and timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee drug distribution, profiling, and pharmacy administration as a resource for the team.
• Interpret physician orders, check patient profiles for allergies and interactions, and ensure accurate dispensing.
