Job summary

VytlOne in Stowe, VT is seeking a Pharmacist to join as a Per Diem (PRN) staff pharmacist at our community healthcare center. Prior retail pharmacy experience is required, and you will work in an integrated model with providers and clinic staff to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

This role pays around $73–$75 per hour, depending on experience, with the opportunity to support coverage needs across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Pharm.D. degree and Vermont licensure.
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in Vermont.
• One-year experience as a practicing pharmacist preferred. Likely beneficial for per diem coverage.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and fill drug orders.
• Provide patient information and counseling.
• May act as alternate store leader when Pharmacist-In-Charge is absent.
• Contact physicians regarding questions on prescriptions.
• Dispense prescriptions and prepare IV admixtures if applicable.
• Monitor drug therapy for interactions and allergies.
• Maintain patient medication records.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and staff.
