Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a kind, patient and caring Per Diem (PRN) Staff Pharmacist for our Vermont locations. This integrated pharmacy model partners with providers and clinic staff to deliver team-based care. Prior retail experience is required and the role is in a fast-paced environment managed by Maxor National Pharmacy Services, LLC.

Estimated pay range: $68-$72 per hour. This position emphasizes patient counseling, drug information, and collaboration across the care team within a community

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice pharmacy in Vermont.
• Bachelor’s degree or Pharm.D. from an accredited school.
• One year of pharmacist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and fill drug orders.
• Provide patient counseling and information.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians in routine duties.
• Collaborate with physicians on prescriptions.
• Maintain patient medication records.
• Ensure inventory and controlled substance records are accurate.
