Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or mail order pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Computer experience mandatory.
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package prescriptions for processing; stocking and assembling shipping supplies.
• Greet customers and take prescription orders; provide friendly customer service.
• Input customer information into the computer system; operate the cash register.
• Answer the phone; keep the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked.
