Responsibilities

• Informs patients about co-pays/deductibles and collects payments.
• Checks patients out and assists with scheduling follow-ups.
• Transfers and coordinates medical records in a HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Schedules appointments to meet provider/patient needs.
• Demonstrates professional behavior and adheres to NKC Health policies.
