Methodist Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable PRN Nutrition Services Technician at our Main Campus in Jackson, MS. You will help prepare and serve meals, deliver to patients, and support daily cafeteria operations in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities include food preparation, delivery, set up and break down of dining areas, and maintaining sanitary conditions. Prior restaurant experience is a plus; strong teamwork and customer service are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent highly desired.
• 2–3 years of restaurant or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write.
• Basic computer experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and procedures.
• Deliver patient meals and collect used trays.
• Assist with food preparation, delivery, and service in patient dining areas.
• Set up, maintain, and clean kitchen, café, dining, and dish areas.
• Maintain sanitary work areas in line with food safety standards.
• Receive deliveries, stock and rotate food and supplies.
• Assist with cashier duties as needed.
• Set up and serve catered events as required.
