Methodist Rehabilitation in Jackson, MS is seeking a dependable PRN Nutrition Services Technician to support our Main Campus dining operations. You will help prepare and serve meals, deliver patient meals, maintain clean and sanitary kitchen areas, and assist with daily cafeteria tasks in a fast-paced team environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent highly desired.
• 2–3 years of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write.
• Computer experience is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Dependable, organized, and attentive to cleanliness and food safety.

Mansioni

• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and department procedures.
• Deliver patient meals and collect used meal trays.
• Assist with food preparation, delivery, and service in the patient dining areas and cafeteria.
• Set up, maintain, break down, and clean kitchen, café, dining, and dish room areas.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food temperatures to help ensure food is maintained within required safety ranges.
• Receive deliveries, unload delivery trucks, and stock and rotate food and supplies.
• Assist with cashier duties as needed.
• Set up and serve catered events as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily Nutrition Services operations.
