Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, LLC is seeking a Patient Coordinator for PRN/Per Diem roles at our Farmington, CT imaging center. You will greet patients, assist with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and phone inquiries, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, and provide excellent customer service while supporting the front desk across day, evening, and weekend shifts, with operation hours

Patient Coordinator - PRN/Per Diem (as needed staffing coverage)

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be one of the first points of contact for our patients and play an important role in creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll support the front desk by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, phone calls, and other daily patient needs. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and provides excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.

Job Details

• Job Type: Part-time
• Position Status: PRN/Per Diem
• Schedule: As needed for staffing coverage, with flexibility to pick up shifts based on availability and center needs
• Shift Availability: Day, evening, and weekend shifts available
• Hours of Operation: 7 days/week, until 9:00 PM
• Location: Outpatient Imaging Center in Farmington, CT
