Concentra is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 2+ years of occupational health experience to provide primary medical care for employees in Concord and Walnut Creek, CA. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, adherence to medical protocols, and collaborative practice with other clinicians.

The position offers M-F daytime shifts, no evenings or weekends, competitive compensation at $80–$120 hourly, and opportunities to expand clinical training while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related health field required.
• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.
• Board Certification required or willing to train.
• FMCSA NRCME required prior to start date. CME provided.
• DEA license required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and compile medical data.
• Order/interpret diagnostic tests and manage patient care.
• Provide patient education and coordinate care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and QA checks.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment.
