Job summary

Concentra seeks a Physician Assistant/NP for PRN coverage at clinics in Fremont and Union City, CA. You will provide primary medical direction and coordinate care within the occupational health program, following medical protocols and ensuring excellent patient experiences.

Responsibilities include exams, diagnostic testing, treatment, patient education and documentation, with a focus on quality, compliance, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related health field from an accredited college or university
• Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program of an accredited university
• Board Certification
• Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but training available for qualified candidates
• FMCSA NRCME is required prior to start date and we provide CME for non-certified colleagues
• DEA required prior to start date

Responsibilities

• Examines patient, compiles patient medical data and examination results
• Orders or administers diagnostic tests
• Interprets test results and manages patient care plans
• Provides primary medical direction within occupational health program
• Delivers excellent patient service in line with Orange Book values
• Maintains accurate documentation and quality assurance checks
• Supports policy development and staff education within medical practice
