Job summary

Advocate Health in the Greater Charlotte area seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to provide clinical coverage across outpatient clinics. A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, state license, CPR/BLS, and the ability to work 10–11 days per month with one Saturday per month are required.

Opportunities include single-location and float PRN roles with schedules planned well in advance. Base pay is $49.00 per hour, with Advocate Health offering comprehensive benefits and total rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and active state license.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• PRN or per diem work with advance notice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops care plans including modalities and exercise programs.
• Documents evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge planning.
• Re-evaluates and adjusts goals as patient status changes.
• Coordinates scheduling, discharge planning, and communication with physicians and staff.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and equipment use.
• Supervises PTA staff and assists with training new personnel.
