Creative Solutions in Healthcare - South is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our in-house team on a PRN basis. You will provide person-centered care to help residents achieve independence and quality of life.

The role requires an active Texas OTA license and COTA credential, with SNF or long-term care experience preferred. Strong teamwork and knowledge of OT treatment practices are essential, and Net Health EDS experience is a plus.

Formación

• Active and valid Texas OTA license.
• COTA credential required.
• In good standing with regulatory boards.
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OT treatment practices.
• Experience with Net Health EDS preferred.
• Ability to manage patients with varying needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and administer OT treatments to residents to relieve pain and improve function.
• Provide skilled OT services under supervision of an OT per physician orders.
• Respond to service requests by relaying information to the OT.
• Ensure treatments align with the established care plan.
• Provide clinical support and instruction to patients, families, caregivers.
• Monitor patient responses and report changes.
• Complete required documentation in line with policy and regulations.
• Attend required meetings designated by the Director of Rehab.
