Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as COTA.
• Current state licensure to practice as a COTA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy based on treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and document records per facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to educate patients and families about exercises, equipment and independence.
