Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to support residents at The Cypress of Raleigh. This flexible role offers the opportunity to help residents improve mobility and independence in a senior living setting.

You will assist in delivering therapies under an OT plan, monitor progress, and collaborate with PT/OT/nursing teams while guiding patients and families on exercises and equipment. NBCOT certification and NC licensure eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification or eligibility as a COTA.
• Current state licensure to practice as a COTA (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy under OT plans to improve daily living skills and mobility.
• Track and document patient progress per facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and families on exercises and adaptive equipment.
