Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist License in the State of Texas.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, direct and administer OT modalities as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs.
• Coordinate Swing Unit activities with rehab team.
• Document evaluations, progress and discharge notes.
• Supervise OT assistants and aides; assign components of treatment.
• Maintain equipment safety and facility standards.
