Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist License in Texas.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient evaluations and develops treatment plans.
• Administers occupational therapy modalities as prescribed.
• Documents progress notes and discharge summaries clearly and concisely.
• Collaborates with nursing and rehab team to optimize patient care.
• Develops and implements individualized therapy programs and home programs.
• Coordinates Swing Unit activities and staffing as needed.
