Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services in accordance with physician’s orders.
• Develop overall therapy plan of care for residents.
• Documents observations and patient’s responses to treatment.
• Completes all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintains rehab gym equipment and treatment area safely.
