Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services in accordance with physician’s orders and accepted professional practices.
• Develop an overall plan of care including treatment and frequency to support discharge.
• Perform skilled treatments according to the plan of care.
• Document observations and progress within required timeframes.
• Complete timely documentation and billing in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain rehab gym equipment and treatment area with infection prevention methods.
