Job summary

HealthMark Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to evaluate and treat residents and short-term patients at Green Oaks facility in Arlington, Texas. The role involves developing comprehensive therapy plans of care and delivering skilled interventions within an interdisciplinary team.

You will document progress, ensure timely billing, and maintain a safe rehab environment while adhering to state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold an OT license/certification for the appropriate discipline.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage time and organizational duties.

Responsibilities

• Provides occupational therapy services per physician orders and practice standards.
• Develops and implements plans of care with measurable goals to support discharge.
• Performs skilled treatments according to plan of care.
• Documents patient responses, progress, and changes within required timeframes.
• Completes documentation in a timely manner per regulations and policies.
• Handles billing for services provided in compliance with policies.
• Maintains rehab gym and treatment areas with infection prevention practices.
