Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans and obtain physician approvals.
• Provide occupational therapy services per physician orders.
• Assist nursing staff with training Restorative Aides.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in accordance with state acts.
• Communicate progress to the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in patient care conferences and rehabilitation meetings.
