Sunnyvale Post-Acute Center in the United States is seeking an Occupational Therapist/OTR to join our team. Full Time, Part Time and PRN opportunities are available with a rate range of $57-$67 per hour.

Our therapy department features state-of-the-art equipment, mentoring for new grads, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative team culture. You will develop effective treatment plans, supervise assistants, and communicate progress with the supervisor and health team.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license

Responsabilités

• Develop effective treatment plan and obtain approval for services from referring physician.
• Treat patients per the physician treatment plan.
• Assist nursing department with training of Restorative Aides.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in direct patient care and patient related activities, following state practice act.
• Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problem and plans.
• Participate in Patient Care Conferences, Utilization Review meetings and Rehabilitation Conferences as needed.
