Job summary

Berthoud Care & Rehabilitation in Berthoud, CO is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. Provide rehabilitative, skilled treatments under OT supervision to help geriatric patients on their recovery journey.

The role offers flexible PRN schedule with competitive pay of $35–$40 per hour based on experience, plus a range of benefits for full-time staff and a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of devices under OT supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising OT to adjust treatments per regulatory and clinical guidelines.
• Report treatment outcomes and progress to the supervising OT.
