Job summary

Berthoud Care & Rehabilitation in Berthoud, CO seeks a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work with geriatric patients in a post-acute setting.

Pay ranges from $35 to $40 per hour based on experience, with supervision by a licensed Occupational Therapist. We value inclusive care and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments.
