Job summary

The Springs at St Andrews Village in Aurora, CO is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver rehabilitative interventions and monitor patient progress.

We welcome OTA graduates with current licensure and a flexible, patient-centered approach. This PRN role offers a supportive team and opportunities to contribute to geriatric care and recovery in a post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• All levels of experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments.
