Job summary

Methodist Mansfield ASC in Mansfield, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse - OR Circulator (PRN) to deliver comprehensive patient care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. You will work under supervision of Clinical Services and perform nursing actions with accountability and proper documentation.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Associates or better in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years OR experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.
• Anticipate surgeon’s needs during the surgical procedure.
• Assess and document patient health, pain, and understanding.
• Communicate findings to appropriate staff for continuity of care.
